I just wanted to let you know I picked up my Virgin last night (oh my, that sounds scandalous doesn't it?) and I'm so happy to have her!
I've put her on a little shelf at my desk alongside her new friend (a small brass Buddha I'd picked up in Bhutan).
Now when I look at them I'll think of Istanbul and particularly about that day A and I walked around Beyoglu and into Karaca's shop.
Priceless! Thank you for making it happen.
